Leaving Liverpool's
Moorfields Station one day, I was stopped in my tracks when I saw part
of the building opposite starting to move! "Turning The Place Over" was an
installation by sculptor Richard Wilson in a redundant Liverpool office
building. Part of the Liverpool Biennial celebration of 2007, this must
be one of the most imaginative installations ever. Wilson cut an 8
metre hole in the building and installed a light sensitive mechanism to
