An Elizabethan Garden

Hidden away in Nantwich is an Elizabethan walled garden. The brickwork is crumbling and the grounds overgrown. This proposal for 8 homes would have restored and maintained the walls.
There was considerable local opposition as the long term hope of Nantwich residents is that the site should be preserved as a local amenity.
The 1 : 200 scale model was provided to support the planning application and for public consultation.

Price Guide......£2000

A House in the Fylde

This house was designed for a private client to replace an existing bungalow that had a number of unsympathetic extensions. He needed the model to persuade his wife of his proposals.  The two coachhouse style dwellings were to be built first and he would occupy one durning construction of the main house.

Treales Village

This small development was proposed for the village of Treales near Kirkham. Seven units were to be built around a new village green which would also feature a pond.
